II Meeting on People Management and Work Relations

The II Meeting on People Management and Work Relations was be held from November 15 to 17, 2009 in the city of Curitiba, PR promoted by the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration - ANPAD and the responsibility of the Academic Division of People Management & Work Relations - GPR. This event\'s general objective is to promote the development of the area of studies in People Management and Work Relations in Brazil by means of theoretical and/or theoretical empirical studies considering the different sub-systems and dimensions of analysis.

The event has the following specific objectives:
a) Share and ensure the disciplinary and subject diversity of the division.
b) Intensify the debates and reflections about different theoretical perspectives on people management and work relations.
c) Bring together teachers and managers from the public and private sectors, as well as those interested in the issues of these areas so that they can exchange information as well as establish work and research agendas about the themes of its interest.
